Return Policy
At CYCLOTRON Pickleball, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Items must be in new or lightly used condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and contents. Products must not have structural damage, excessive wear, or permanent modifications. Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required for all returns and exchanges.
To request a return or exchange, please contact tony@cyclotronpickleball.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as CYCLOTRON Pickleball is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, final sale items, personalized products, and items that have been heavily used, damaged, or modified.
