Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We always work to minimize delays and ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost
CYCLOTRON Pickleball offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $50 USD. If your order total is below $50 USD, a shipping fee may apply. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer both express and standard shipping depending on your location and shipping selection.
Express shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days after shipment. These shipments are handled by trusted express carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent services.
Standard shipping typically delivers within 7–15 business days after shipment. These shipments are handled by reliable international shipping partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local carrier operations.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes between 5–15 business days depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 12–24 hours after shipment. Updates may take additional time depending on the carrier.

CYCLOTRON Pickleball ships worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and most other international destinations.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery Information
